Sorry, but you're missing the point. I want answers as to why BMW won't cover it under warranty after this repair. I've gotten no answers since April 17th. Dealership has not responded to my calls or emails. I don't think it takes a month to get an answer for a spoiler repair. I wasn't saying that I wanted my spoiler fixed immediately. But it's been 3 months and I'm not going to have my spoiler fixed if they won't cover it under warranty after this should it lift again. I feel the dealership has not fought for me enough to warrant this decision. I'm just looking for a direct contact with BMW Warranty. I have not been successful in obtaining this information.
