Someone will always do better than you and you can't let that get in your head. I think this is a good deal and a great car. With supply shortages, the LCI doesn't look like it will be a great idea.
I especially like the Nappa leather. I had Dakota in my prior BMW and really disliked it. I have the Mocha Nappa now and love it.
My advice...if this car checks all your boxes, go for it.
