He's in southern California. You can take it to the bank that his weather station also doesn't have a rain gauge!
My home weather stations (because you can't just have one
) have a combined 7 rain gauges, 5 anemometers, 3 UV/solar radiation sensors, 6 temp/humidity sensors, and 8 different barometers. We also have weather here, like the light sleet falling outside as I write this.....
