I had this little tumbler thing that I used once in a while, when watering my lawn. Didn't seem to work all that well

Can I go outside with just my Aloha, or has the temp dipped below 68 and I need a jacket??? Is there enough humidity in the air that I might need an extra 3 minutes to squeegee the dew off my truck windows before driving safely to work???
