Interesting one!

I imagine BMW will make the 335d slightly quicker than a mapped 330d, due to the fact they will have an idea that people will be thinking "if I remap my 330d ... I can have a manual 'box and around the same power as a 335d" - so I imagine BMW have made the 335d with more stock power due to this.

Can anyone actually explain this remapping to me, especially now I've gone and bought myself a modern car, that may benefit from it!
