I'm dubious whether there is a backup of Z4um - if there were it would have been a 5 minute job to re-upload the site from the date of the last backup...
The length of downtime means that I suspect we'll see Z4um back one day, but in a completely new state with all the old posts lost.
This information won't stay in web-caches for long, so I think it's a lot more helpful to everyone to keep the hard work people put into making these DIYs going, rather than let it get lost. I've credited all the original posters in the reposts I've made, and I have a hard time believing any of them wouldn't want this information available, albeit on another forum...
