Made some Prime Rib. Ordered a bad one out so I decided to do it myself. First time and it came out awesome.
The potato was a prop to keep it from falling over.
Cooked 20 minutes at 450 to sear it. Then 1 hour 45 minutes at 190 degrees until the internal temp was 131 degrees.
Then I rested it covered in foil for 20 minutes the. Sliced it.
