You would have to ask an experience Alpina dealer... I know for people who don't like the Alpina steering wheel, you can order a M leather steering wheel at no cost option. Alpina doesn't like to do this... but there are a few secret options that can be done like this. Only downside is the M5 steering wheel doesn't come with an Alpina logo or the green stitching. I would bet the alloy wheels could be special ordered in that same way.
