^ Great points, everyone. The only thing is, I have a hard time believing that somebody would replace the rotors/brakes on a 3400 mileage car!
I will definitely inquire more into this. Furthermore, as a condition of sale I will ask to have the car put on a lift so that I can inspect its underside. I by all means am FAR from an expert at this sort of stuff, but I can at least identify rust! And rust on suspension parts would be something to look for
