I spoke to the service manager today when I ordered my M50i. This topic came up and he said the base runflats I am getting should last about 20k miles and not to rotate them unless I do it before 5k miles. He said because of the rear tire settings (I think it was camber) it would cause those tires to wander and not track well on the front.
