Comfort 90% of the time, but I do move the shift lever to the left a lot in traffic, as I've found that having the transmission in sport mode closely mimics my former M4's DCT in Drivelogic 2 mode, which I used all the time. In traffic, it shifts less often, and stays in gear for coasting to slow down, so less braking. Otherwise, it's Comfort with the occasional blast in Sport Plus.
