I recommend
245/35/21 with either 275/30/21 or 285/30/21.
295/30/21 is too tall compared to 245/35/21 so you would have to move up to 255/35/21 on the fronts to keep the same overall tire diameter. Otherwise it might give you issues down the road with the xdrive system.

If you wanted to stay closer to oem overall tire diameter you're correct. I would rather have some extra rubber to protect my wheels and the ride is closer to oem. 30/25 profile is a little too low for potholes.
