On the picture's page, when your mouse cursor is over the picture you will see a magnifying glass, right click and select the size you want (for me its usually "Original"). It'll take you to a new page, then just right click on the page again and get the URL for it.
Thats the quickest way I've been able to get the URL for a photo from Flickr since they changed the site's format.
