Thought I saw that Nov 2018 builds will not support FSC for CarPlay. Forced to use subscription but could be wrong.

The top speed limiter is based on the tires that were shipped with your vehicle. I'm not positive on every single vehicle, but you need performance tires for the 155mph limit. |
Thanks. I thought that was the answer but wanted to be sure. I've got all season tires. On my Benz I had all season Z rated tires but these are H. |
I don't know if it can be reprogrammed outside of BMW. It has to do with speed rating of the tires that came with the vehicle.
