I had this for ages, and it drove me mad, I used gummifledge which makes it worse!
my dealership replaced all sorts and it didn’t fix it. They replaced window runners, the black shadow trim on the outside, door card etc.
In my frustration, I tried another dealership and they just cleaned the seals with BMW silicone remover part number 82162413632 £8 a bottle.
I was furious when speaking to the service advisor on collection when they said, all they did was clean the door seals, I was 100000000% sure it wouldn’t work… but by heck it worked a treat, weird as it’s only ever from passager door and I’ve to clean it again every 6 months or it comes back, but it’s only a 2 min job.
Honesty this is what you need !
Afterwards I searched online and there is another individual who had the same issue and same cure.
