It's Sakhir Orange, and truly orange. For comparison, look at the ambient light on the passenger side door panels. I have that set to the orange color and it ties very nicely.
I agree with you that some of the SO interior pics to date look red, but that's deceiving. Only thing I can attribute to the deceiving look is many pics are in studios or in artificial light. The pics I took are all in good natural light. My logic is the 'real' color shows best in natural light.

Thanks... I picked it to lighten up the cabin in comparison to black, seems it will do this.
I did spot the ambient lighting and thought the same, good comparison.

What's funny is the sahkir orange does in-fact have a red orange when it's the main color in natural light as shown here from pics taken from other posts here on the forum
