Does anyone know if whether the leather trim on the door cards can come apart so that you can install your own?

Reason I ask is that I don't have the speaker cutouts on my door card and i have found a few that are second hand but not anywhere near as the condition my doors are, so i am hoping i can use the donor cards base and swap the bottom leather trim and install it on the donor door card, if that makes sense?

I've highlighted the speakersin red and the leather trimthat i want to replace at the bottom and swap it for my one as you can see from the pic, it's damaged extensively.

Alternatively, can anyone recommend a upholsterer / audio specialist who won't charge an arm and a leg and do the cut out's on my original door cards?
