Are you changing from Blizzak to Conti due to available size or other reason? I have a strong preference for non runflats on 18" wheels in winter (taller, more compliant sidewall) but Tire Rack options for G30 has only Blizzak LM001 in 18". For 19" non runflats I could get Michelin Pilot Alpin 5, X-Ice X13, Conti Wintercontact SI or Pirelli Sottozero 3. More options if willing to go runflat. May just go with the 19" Sottozero 3 since I'm running these on the F30 now and like them. |
I didn't really like the Blizzak. Really noisy and I never felt comfortable (safe), I did like the Dunlop wintersport 3D.
Conti gets seem to get good reviews in Europe so I've decided to give them a go. I'm switching from 19" to 18" (245/45/18).
