That's not all by 2025. That's half by 2025. That's very easily attainable by Porsche, particularly since its biggest sellers are its SUVs and the Panamera, which the Taycan aims to replace directly. All of those are partially VWs/Audis. Neither the 911 nor the 718 is partially a VW/Audi.

Also stated in the article: The 911 will be the last to switch over ...

... but what's conveniently left out is the question of hybridization in the 911 (and, ergo, the 718). That, likely, will be reality by 2025, too. The entire lineup of both might not be hybridized, but I'd bet the majority will be.
