5mm will fit because it still uses the hub of the car to center the wheel, it doesn't have the little hub lip like the 15mm does. Basically looks like this:
I'm surprised that OP says 10mm will fit as H&R's website specifically says that 10mm and 12mm fit on the front only. Maybe Burger's spacers are different.
