I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you strongly want the later update then get a 64gb usb drive and download it
It was the same for me where the update on the website was later than what I had on the car.
I haven't had a Ota upgrade on my. Car for a while now.
I don't know how and what triggers the Ota update.
