Leaking coolant tanks and split coolant pipes seems to be quite a common issue on the G30 platform. BMW is aware of the issues and released newer versions of all these parts. I haven't had any major issues but doing this as a preventative measure.

Looking forward to seeing what the newer Pure800 Cast turbo can do on pump fuel (99 RON) initially. I will then look what can be done with other fuelling at a later stage. I've seen some impressive results with this turbo, hence my choice. I was also considering the Turbosystems Stage2+ Turbo but went with the Pure one for a few reasons.

The car is booked in for all these bits to be installed. It will be done by my friend who is a local BMW Specialist. Just finalising who to get the custom tuning done with on BootMod3.

  • BMW V2 Coolant Tank
  • BMW V2 Charge Cooler Tank
  • BMW Coolant and Charger Cooler Tank Caps
  • BMW Coolant Tank to Radiator Pipe
  • BMW Intake Manifold to Charge Cooler Tank Pipe
  • (Oil Service to be done and Coolant to be changed out too)
