Ie no truck engines into cars and vice versa
Now it is even harder as you can't even unlock Ecu for immobilizer bypass since it may create a different check sum and cause it to fail smog
It's a lot of backwards laws happen, and it got worse
It's not about emissions since a newer engine will ALWAYS run cleaner than one that is 20 yrs older
If it was about cleaner air , they should ONLY care about what comes out the tail pipe
It is about emissions. Always has been.
