All someone has to do to obtain a test drive is display a serious intent to purchase the vehicle FROM THAT DEALER. The more-rare (and higher-demand) the vehicle, the more you'll have to convince the dealer you're serious. That's why nearly anyone can test drive a Honda Accord; yet test driving a Ferrari requires a lot more proof of serious intent.

Car in question is USED. $60k for USED & can't drive it? That's just STUPID.
