The dealer detailers are not employed by the dealer, meaning these aren't dealer payrolled employees. The dealer subs this out and a third party rents the space. It's very lucrative for both parties as most customers always do "something" while in. Personally, their $79 express detail and hand wash is well worth $79 bucks, for the glass alone. They don't hand wash with brushes and use MF cloths. Not sure on the products. Would I use them for a ceramic job? Depends, I would have to do some research on who they really are first and meet the head guy. My point is, these are often professional detailers and the dealer is just a satellite location to their high end shop. But their is definitely more peace of mind going directly to a high end shop and seeing the space and other cars they work on.
