The car itself will not make production but ideas showcased inside and out and with the actual power train will be interpreted for more realistic purpose.
I have seen a physical Carbon tub that slots into the cabin of the M4 with a CFRP cage and bolted in X2 only Carbon Fibre bucket seats that could be intended initially for the race track or experimental production.
If you combine that with the lightweight features of the M4 GTS and further progress you are going to have the most potentially innovative production car of its segment.
We will see and learn more in 2016.
