no size issues, I went with the standard 19" sizes they supply from factory. Even the wheels themselves are oem widths to mimise any issues. The tyres are not star marked but when I did my workings out, these were within 1% rolling diameter - think it was something like 0.52%.

Think the biggest problem with OEM 20" is the runflats they put on them that causes most of the issues.

I did note on the forum that someone bought PS5's non * and the fronts were about 2cm smaller than the rears in standard sizes, so way off the mark, just didn't want to end up down that hole! Guess will just have to be careful in tyre choice, more performance orientated rubber will hopefully be to tighter tollerances?
