Noob
When I was diagnosed (and walked up to my hospital room) I was 1450 Yes, One thousand four-hundred and fifty. I could tilt up a 2l Pepsi bottle and pretty much inhale, all while pissing into the toilet at the same time.
So did pretty well thru work. Home for dinner and I'm around 150. Ham/turkey sammich, banana, milk for dinner. Go to gym for ~75 minutes. Bedtime I'm 303
Take a dose of fast acting, and at 1:34 I'm at 54
Relax, just 4 glucose pills, you don't need 2 quesadillas, 3 glasses of milk, cookies, PB, and/or chips. Fasting this morning I was 154.
