You need enhanced bluettoth option to read your inbox, mail etc... This can be coded by me or anyone else. To broadcast wifi and have internet hotspot connection you need to check you Connected Drive subscription and pay for the Hotspot feature if your hardware supports it.
Spotify is streamed over bt and Carplay over wifi. You need your phone in order to use Spotify.
