My 7 series have the same problem for the last 2 years. They tried to fix it, changed some stuff and today again I got the same warning. 7-8 months ago all coolant leaked while driving. And today after 50 km driving left the car at parking lot and after coming back surprise surprise coolant on the ground. BMW refuse to take it back and insist of "fixing"
