THIS car should have been the hatchback version. Except for FWD, I love it. THIS car could have competed with the VW hatchbacks.

I find the 1 Series hatchback awesome and the coupe hideous myself.
You should ask yourself the question why is it that you seem to be the only one who likes the coupe but hate the hatchback.
Just kidding. To each his own. Nevertheless, it seems apparent that BMW is losing sales in NA by not having the 1 Series hatchback for sale here.
