Does anybody know what this offer means? It looks like an all cash deal or if you finance outside BMWFS.

Also, it appears you can stack the $2K usaa rebate with it.

I have asked a couple of dealers who scratch their heads, probably because over 90% of their business are leases. There not used to a cash buyer. lol

Thoughts?
