It's a bit loo late to replay, but maybe helps someone
I compare G30 Hi-Fi with G30 H&K. I personally noticed a massive difference. H&K produces more powerful and crispy sound and a lot more base at least in these two cars. Hi-Fi base was not that strong. Hi-Fi is 205W vs H&K 600W. Surround sound with H&K is on listener liking. I personally like that and at least you can decide to use it or not. Hi-Fi does not have this option.
