You have surround view cameras and full Pro Nav? (NBT_Evo)? I see you're in Sweden.
If yes to both above, check with your dealer, maybe remote view is a separate option in Sweden?? Or purchased through the Connected Drive store? Or unavailable?
Or maybe your car needs a software update.
