Hate to break it to you, but the Tesla federal tax incentives died out at the end of 2019. Only breaks now are the state ones and that’s not in every state unfortunately.
Regardless, I’ve been kicking myself for not waiting a little longer on ordering my z4 M40i. The only reason for that is a z06 or ZR1 are my obtainable dream cars (z06 was in budget when I bought the z4). Shopped the z4, ZL1 and a z06 but the Chevy dealer here didn’t wanna work with me on prices even with the c8 coming out so I went back to bmw. If I would’ve waited a few more months when the c8 was announced, I probably could’ve got the z06 deal I was wanting
oh well, always next time.
I also considered a model 3 performance, but wasn’t sure how I’d like the BEV power. Thankfully, my coworker is picking one up in a couple weeks so I’ll drive it and decide if I’ll pick up a used one at some point.
