Overall i like the design behind this car though i can't say it would stick out so much as a "normal" version of the car maybe an M-sport. But it reminds me a lot of the audi s3 sedan from behind. You need either an eye exam or sleep or a combination of both.
Those two cars look nothing alike.

I think he was referring to the tail lights as they do look a little similar in overall shape
