That was not even a consistent review, it was pretty much a shopping list of hatred towards BMW. They completely overlooked the entire purpose of the Active Tourer. Which from a customer perspective equals 70% of total BMW 2er units globally a majority of which are new to the brand with the Active and Gran Tourer. |
welcome to the future of BMW! getting blasted in reviews and eventually people will start to lose interest. The reason why the BMW 'appliances' sell is because those people think they are getting something special...as BMW's reputation starts to suffer regular people will lose interest too.
I know you can't criticize products like this as its your job...I have no doubts they will sell to people who don't know their ass from elbow...but after several years it is the brand image which will suffer.
