I have fitted all of the above myself (I have a replica CF rear diffuser but same principal for fitting) except the mirrors, and if you are confident with DIY they are all easy except the side sill decals which were fiddly due to being vinyl. The rest are just bolts and screws.
However they may be willing to do it cheaper if you don't need discount.
P.S. You would need to get spoiler separate as it doesn't look like Cotswold are including it in their list.

Yea it will make sense to buy from different places whoever is cheaper and fit yourself , i only need front splitter, side blades and rear diffuser .
i have already fitted following
black grills
M Performance CF spoiler
CF side vent trims
CF mirror covers done just need fitting
Black Exhaust tips , done just need fitting
