I think any BMW-specified "third-party" workshop can do this retrofit. Its really easy job. Make enquiry from local BMW-forum and somebody probably point you few best proper professionals for this. There must be many many place (private and companies) for that kind of small BMW-projects. I think best alternative is some private pro-level enthusiast, who could do it with suitable price.
Stay far away from BMW-dealer because of your wallet!
