Does anyone know the name of the plastic rivet that rtthane drilled out as he showed in the picture earlier in this thread? I followed this link

I'm wondering if I I could use the exact same part to fasten the new door trim? It's gotta have some kind of a name. or can anyone find a link to where to buy them? I read someplace that I need a special kind of a melting tool... but I'm just nerdy enough to search for one.
