Vancouver, not really, but there are other airports around Vancouver. The one commuter turboprop is Jazz, which flies in and out of 14 BC airports, so I guess it could be one of the following:
Vancouver
Smithers
Terrace
Prince Rupert
Prince George
Sandspit
Fort St. John
Kamloops
Kelowna
Cranbrook
Castlegar
Penticton
Nanaimo
Victoria

The 737-700 is operated by WestJet, and they serve some of the same airports:
Prince George
Kamloops
Kelowna
Abbotsford
Vancouver
Victoria
Courtenay

We can drop Abbotsford and Courtenay from the list (not served by Jazz as far as I can tell), so that leaves:
Prince George (I'm ruling this one out too, way, WAY up there)
Kamloops
Kelowna
Vancouver
Victoria

I'm pretty sure BNR32 is from the Vancouver area, so I'm guessing he isn't hoping a ferry to Victoria, so let's rule that one out too. Kamloops and Kelowna are both 3.5+ hour drives, so I'm thinking "no" to those as well.

That leaves Vancouver....

"Elementary, my dear Watson!"
