I had f10 M5 and traded on a new 2019 a yr ago. 2 different types of cars. Warranty reasons alone is why I had to get rid of the M5.
M550 will beat f10 M5 in 0-120mph all day long. Kill it 0-60 bad. Roll races M5 will slowly edge away from my experience.
I have stage 1 tune on my M550 and I feel with tune it would sit even with my old stockish M5 (509 rwhp) from 60 roll. Plus the 2018 M550 has some new tech and body style.

M5 more exciting to drive yes
M550 very consistent performance all day in any weather.

Also if the M5 has a tune stage 2, you can bet it's been driven hard(in my opinion) on top of being 7yrs old. Also looks like independent dealer with 4 previous owners (may have gotten from Manheim auction). Both are very pretty cars.
