I want brake pads better than stock, but no race pads

Or do you recommend something else according to personal experience?

I do not use the car that much, but when I use it I drive it fast (allowed in my country) or go to the track for sporty driving

I want something that brakes better and the pedal doesn't fade (happened to me already), but do not want squeeling pads as race pads usually do
