Not sure of what you mean by how to mount it but you make the wholes, put the diffuser in place and then just screw it in. I don't have the original hardware since I didn't use it. I just used a few screws which held it really good instead of the bolts and locking nuts that it came with. I'll be sending the screws with it; the only thing I won't be supplying is any 3m tape because I don't know if your going to have it done by a body shop where they might rather use something better.
