Orion Hwy was due into Brunswick this morning, but slowed down significantly a few hours ago and has been wandering around in circles about 20 miles offshore since then.
Based on the timing in Baltimore, I think K-Line might be trying to wait for Horizon Hwy to get closer so they can dock/unload both ships in tight sequence to each other.
