I wouldn't be overly concerned by that. The issues on here are either known (as part of a recall) or found to be as a result of something else (in my case defective lines). I don't see how coolant lines could be impacted by a tune - yes they help cool the engine but you also can't change the pressure of the lines with a tune, someone correct me if I'm wrong...

Now if you blew a gasket, that would be a different story.
