I had catless dp and bmw said that they wouldnt cover valve stem seals unless I removed them and redid oil consumption test and they said that if their was anything else wrong with the engine they wouldn't cover it because I could have cylinder washing due to not having cats we all know that these cars are open loop fueling and the wideband o2 sensor is before the cats so its bunch of bs and everyone says magnusson and they have to prove ,burden on them etc but the reality is unless you are a lawyer or have the money and time to go to court you really are at their mercy. BMW na wont help either they will say they aren't techs and they can request a review but you really are at their mercy.
