Those are great questions which I had myself. It's confusing. Especially the little green car.
The green car is "lane departure warning ". I believe it just means the car has found at least on lane marking so it can issue warnings. It says warnings because the intervention part can be turned off.
The steering wheel is "lane control assistant". The steering wheel without the green lanes means it can't find lane markings to follow so it's following the car in front.
