Green steering with green lanes means that steering assist is active and that it has detected lane markings
Green steering wheel and grey lanes means it's locked on to the car in front which I think will be when in traffic jam assist mode , ie at lower speeds.
Grey steering wheel means lane assist is not active - you steer!
