That can definitely be fixed.
I had a similar curb rash on my car and a local dealer has a mobile wheel repair go to the dealership twice a week and setup. The cost was about $175 (CDN) and it took 2 hours for them to fix it (Dealer lent me a car while I waited).
They basically sand it down and repaint the damaged area and it will look new again.

One thing to look out for is to make sure that your rim is cleaned spotless before they start. I didn't clean the inside of the rim and assumed the repair guy would and when they painted over the damaged area they painted over the dirt and its now impossible to clean off.
Luckily, its inside and you can't really see it but I notice it and it kinda bothers me but not enough to re-do and spend another 175.
